MULE-UCS is a library to generate a translator of
coding systems that are in completely different scheme.

You can use this package on Meadow version 1.01 or later,
or Emacs 20.2 + Extended CCL Patch.
The extended CCL Patch will merged into Emacs in the near
future.

-----------------------
If you want to use on Emacs 20.2,
please apply Exccl.patch.

You will find `ExCCL.patch' in the top of the source tree.
apply it to Emacs.

e.g.
---
% cd <top of the Emacs source tree>
% patch -p0 < ExCCL.patch
---
After applying it,
please reconfigure and make and install Emacs.
-----------------------

This package also contains Unicode mappings and UTF encoding
programs, so you can easily use UTF-8, UTF-16.

You would like to use UTF-8, UTF-16?
Please read `README.Unicode'

You would like to customize or generate coding-systems or
translator?
Please read `README.TAE' (Not yet written ;_;)

This is a experimental version.
I don't prepare KSC5601 mapping, please make it ^^;;
