o skk.texi has been thoroughly reviewed and updated.

o New file FAQ.txt is in this directory.

o skk-lookup.el is no longer experimental. It is provided as one of

o Pieces of advice to interactive built-in functions now call
  `interactive' with proper arguments. This avoids errors in kbd

  by itself.  skk-vip.el is discarded.

o Experimental package skk-tutcode.el is provided by GUNJI Takao
  <gunji@sils.shoin.ac.jp>.  Now you can imput Japanese by TUT-code
   with SKK.
