FindFile external program for Winpack.
======================================

Findfile will atempt to locate a file in your public directory and specifed
subdirectories, if found the program will report back to the end user the
path, size of file and the command lines for /reqfil & /yget

To Install the program copy the following files to WINPACK\EXTERN

ff.exe
ff.dat
ff.pif

If you have the extended help server installed then copy:

ff.txt to WINPACK\EXTERN\XHELP

Setting up.
===========
Before you can run findfile a little work needs to be done with ff.dat.
Load ff.dat into notepad and you will notice a list of directories,
beginning with the drive and path of your public directory followed by all
the subdirectories you want findfile to search...

Have a good luck at the list to get the idea of whats going on...

Delete my list and enter on the first line in UPPER CASE letters, the
drive and path of your public directory, no spaces just a return on the end
of the line, then any subdirectories of the main public directory (if any)

If you keep everything in the root public directory then that's all you need
to enter in ff.dat

I adopted this method as it gives YOU complete control over what directories
are to be seached...

When you are satisfied with the list, save the file and load ff.pif into the
windows pif editor, verify that the start up directory is the same as your
winpack installation, if all is well you are ready to fire up the program...

In use.
=======
Note this program is not a mail server (I'm working on that) you invoke the
program by entering:

/FF [FILENAME] <RET>

Eg: /FF NEWS.ZIP

If the file is located a report is sent to winpack, if the file doesn't
exist you are politelly informed so...
