Version 0.90
------------

First publicly released version.

Version 0.91
------------

- Pressing Ctrl-A when in Packet, Pactor or Gtor mode and connected
will send a Ctrl-A character instead of asking whether to change to
Amtor mode (some BBSs use Ctrl-A to abort a message being sent)

- Pressing Ctrl-T when in Packet, Pactor or Gtor mode and connected
will send a Ctrl-T character instead of asking whether to change to
Tor mode (some BBSs use Ctrl-T to abort a telnet session)

- Pressing Ctrl-Z when in Packet, Pactor or Gtor mode and connected
will send a Ctrl-Z character (some BBSs use Ctrl-Z to end a message as
an alternative to /EX)

- The program now supports CW mode

Version 0.92
------------

- The program now supports the running of connect scripts (see file
CONNECT_SCRIPTS)

- The program provides an automatic repeating CQ function in Pactor,
Amtor, Gtor or Tor modes.

- There have been various code clean-ups

Version 0.93
------------

- On start-up, the program will automatically set the MAXUSERS
parameter for the Kam to the value for which the program has been
compiled (see the definition of MAXUSERS in prog_defs.h - the default
is 8).

- When monitoring in Amtor/FEC, pressing Alt-S will force a resync.

- When in Amtor/Pactor/Gtor/Tor modes, pressing Alt-X will abort a
link or link attempt.

- There is now improved wordwrap when sending from the keyboard.

Version 0.94
------------

- The Vhf packet length and Hf packet length when sending from the
program can be set with the V_PACLEN: and H_PACLEN: parameters in the
kamrc configuration file.

- Improved mode detection

- When in Tor-Standby mode, the auto-repeating CQ function can send in
Pactor FEC mode (Alt-P) as well as the normal Amtor FEC (Alt-C).

Version 0.95
------------

- When sending messages via the Alt-0 to Alt-9 keys, additional macros
$d, $e and $f are provided (sending the currant time and date, and the
RST report entered in the RST report buffer via the Alt-R key,
respectively)

- Various minor improvements and code clean-ups

- "endhost" utility added

Version 0.96
------------

- The program will now handle 7-plus and binary files in Packet,
Pactor and Gtor modes via Alt-D or Ctrl-Alt-D (download) and Alt-U or
Ctrl-Alt-U (upload). No transfer protocol such as YAPP is yet
employed, so they are only really suitable for 7plus and UUencoded
files. See README for further details.

- Improved functionality when sending in CW mode.

- A few new options are available in the kam configuration file kamrc
(see the sample kamrc file for further details).

- A number of bug fixes and usability improvements.

- (Patch-level 1) F5 can now be used to send a configuration script in
the KAMDIR:/parms/ directory. The distribution comes with two -
'home' and 'away', which contain the kind of Kam parameters suitable
for attended and unattended operation. See README for further
details.

- (Patch-level 7) The format of the kamrc configuration file has
changed: now the device name is specified (eg. ttyS0) rather than the
COM port number. This gives greater flexibility.

Version 0.97
------------

- The program now supports printing in two different ways. See the
README file for further details.
